Vía Célere closes 2018 with its participation in the major real estate fairs

Vía Célere, real estate developer specializing in the development, investment and management of residential assets, ends the 2018 season of real estate fairs with its participation at SIMA Primavera (Madrid), Barcelona Meeting Point, SIMED (Malaga), Welcome Home (Seville), FIVA (Valladolid) and Immogalia (Galicia).

According to the data collected by Vía Célere from those attending the fairs, their main motivation to buy is to purchase their first home (57%), followed by buying a replacement home (34%), making an investment (6%) and purchasing a second residence (3%). Regarding the type and size of the home, most potential buyers (34%) seek a 3-bedroom home, while 22% prefer 4 bedrooms and 19% rate both possibilities.

The development that has raised the most interest was Célere Ciencias 17 in Seville. A residential complex consisting of 121 two, three and four-bedroom homes that has common areas with large gardens, swimming pool, social-gourmet room and children's playroom. They also highlighted other developments such as Célere Las Rosas in Madrid, Célere Sant Feliu in Barcelona, Célere Retamar in Malaga, Célere Parquejoya in Valladolid and Célere Eirís in A Coruña.
