Vía Célere sells 55 new homes in the Vallecas neighbourhood

Vía Célere, developer specialized in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, increases its commitment to Madrid, and specifically to the Vallecas neighbourhood with a new residential complex of 55 homes. This promotion, called Célere Ensanche de Vallecas, represents a new launch for the company in the Community of Madrid, a region in which it already has 3,167 homes.

This is because it is surrounded by several completely new playgrounds. Likewise, the neighbourhood of the Ensanche de Vallecas is a constantly growing and developing area that offers countless leisure and service opportunities, such as sports areas, wide avenues, nurseries, schools and health centres.

On the other hand, the development enjoys an unbeatable location in terms of connections, since it is connected to the main roads of the capital such as the A-3, the M-50 and the M-45, and is close to several bus stops and the 1 metro line.
