Vía Célere starts delivery of its Célere Perales development

Vía Célere has started handing over the keys for Célere Perales, a residential complex of single-family homes that has 158 town houses and is located in the Perales del Río neighbourhood, belonging to the municipality of Getafe. In this way, Vía Célere consolidates its commitment to the Community of Madrid, where it already has 20 developments and 1,500 units on the market.
The homes in this development, which have four bedrooms, are located just 20 minutes from Madrid on the A-4 and enjoy all kinds of services in their surrounding areas, such as primary and secondary schools, sports facilities, a recently opened civic centre and various shops.
