Vía Célere obtains its second Safe and Healthy Residential Development seal for Célere Cortijo Norte

· September 06, 2018 | Vía Célere

In 2017 property developer Vía Célere signed a cooperation agreement with SMDos to obtain the Seal of Conformity for a Safe and Healthy Residential Development.

This seal gives residential properties that obtain it a certification that accredits the levels of Safety, Health and Welfare of the development in which the tenant will reside, through the development of accessible areas, cardioprotected spaces and maintenance management, amongst others.

Vía Célere, a real estate developer specialising in the development, investment and management of residential assets, reinforces, with the obtaining of its second Safe and Healthy Residential Development seal for Célere Cortijo Norte, its commitment to innovation and sustainability as well as its commitment to the development of safe and healthy housing, a road that it began to travel in 2017 becoming a pioneer by obtaining the first seal awarded in Spain for its Méndez Álvaro development.
