Vía Célere acquires land in Pozuelo de Alarcón and increases its offer throughout the northwest of Madrid to more than 1,200 homes

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, consolidates its position as a benchmark residential developer in the northwest of Madrid following a new land purchase operation in Pozuelo de Alarcón that will allow it to increase its offer in the area by over 1,200 homes.

To be specific, on the square metres of land recently acquired by Vía Célere in Madrid, the company will develop 90 new quality multi-family homes. The operation increases its land portfolio in Pozuelo de Alarcón to 98,000 m2, with a productive capacity equivalent to 940 units.

These Vía Célere homes in Pozuelo de Alarcón, which are in different phases of development, will be added to the company’s offer in the northwest of the capital, where the developer currently commercializes one hundred of the three hundred planned homes in the Célere Cortijo Norte development, in Boadilla del Monte. The extra offer of more than 1,200 quality homes, consolidates Vía Célere as a benchmark developer in the northwest of Madrid.
