The Maresme region, northwest of the municipality of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, has become one of the areas selected by Vía Célere, the real estate company specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, and it  inaugurates the commercialization of its new development: Célere Els Ametllers- Sant Andreu de Llavaneres.

In this sense, the  energy saving is 90% and the reduction in CO2 emissions is 89%, representing an annual saving of €900 in an estimated calculation of a typical home of 95 square metres of living area, according to the “Energy efficiency rating for buildings”, published by the IDAE and the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism in July 2015; and other regulations that complement and/or may replace it.
