Our new residential development is located in the city of Seville, in the Cruz del Campo area, adjacent to the renowned Nervión district, on the site of the former Cruzcampo brewery. This modern area has been created through an ambitious urban development scheme that integrates seamlessly with a well-established range of amenities: shopping centres, local shops, schools, health centres and extensive green spaces for outdoor enjoyment. A highlight is the creation of a large 70,000 m² park, which will act as the city’s green lung.

The area offers excellent transport links thanks to a comprehensive public transport network: two metro lines, tram and bus services, and cycle lanes that make it easy to reach Seville city centre and other key destinations.

The San Bernardo and Eduardo Dato tram stops are also noteworthy, less than a 15-minute walk and a 10-minute drive away. In addition, Avenida de Andalucía is only a 5-minute walk away, along which several bus routes run, connecting the area with the city centre, Torreblanca, Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra, Mairena del Alcor and the airport.
