Location and surroundings

The development area has been designed to have all the necessary facilities and services such as schools, sports facilities and shops and it is very close to Móstoles University Hospital. As for connections, it offers easy access to public transport. Only 500 metres from the Hospital de Móstoles Metro Sur station, which provides a direct connection with line 5 of the local train service and also close to bus stops for several city and inter-city routes, which run to Madrid as well as nearby municipalities such as Alcorcón, Arroyomolinos, Fuenlabrada or Navalcarnero, as well as direct access to the M-50 and A-5 fast routes.
