Célere Aura Malilla is located on Ingeniero Joaquín Benlloch Street, (corner with Isla Formentera Street), the new expansion area of the Malilla neighbourhood. The area has all kinds of services such as nurseries, schools, health centres, sports centres, pharmacies and supermarkets, highlighting the Hospital Universitari i Politècnic La Fe in Valencia and the Gran Parque de Malilla, one of the largest parks in the city with around 70.000m2 of green zones, with a very significant area of urban vegetable gardens and public infrastructures, with bike lanes to enjoy leisure time, all located opposite the development.
