Vía Célere becomes established in the residential market in Andalusia with the delivery of almost 300 homes in 2019

• The company already has advance sales on 82% of the homes available for delivery in 2020 in Andalusia and more than 65% of those for 2021, which adds tremendous visibility to the completion of its business plan.

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has closed 2019 with the delivery of 294 homes in Andalusia, distributed between Malaga (206) and Seville (88). With this figure, the company has exceeded the target initially set and consolidated its position in the autonomous community, as well as forecasting a significant increase for 2020.

“Andalusia is one of the most important areas for Vía Célere’s activity. The sustained increase in demand, particularly noteworthy in Malaga and Seville, has led us to make a commitment to this autonomous community as the main focus of our offer, together with the Community of Madrid”, said José Ortiz, Regional Director of Vía Célere in Andalusia.

At the same time, Vía Célere expects to maintain this upward trend for its deliveries over the next few years, based on the numbers of homes being marketed and the agreements with customers that has already closed. In this respect, the company put 541 homes up for sale in Andalusia in 2019, giving it 2,418 units on the market, distributed between the provinces of Malaga, Seville and Cadiz. In addition, at national level, the developer already has advance sales of 80% of the homes that it will deliver in 2020 and over 50% of those for 2021.
