Vía Célere opts for energy efficiency in the launch of its new developments in Valladolid

  • These developments will also include the company’s characteristic disruptive common areas, such as the social-gourmet room, health area and study room
  • They both have energy rating A, the highest one possible, which leads to a substantial reduction in electricity consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as significant financial savings on the electricity bill

Vía Célere continues its commitment in the province of Valladolid, one of those in which the residential market has experienced the most growth in recent years, with the launch of two new developments, Célere El Peral and Célere Parqueluz II.

“The favourable development undergone by Valladolid in recent times has led us to opt for this market through the creation of a wide offer and its positioning as one of the cities in which we have the most homes on the market. In addition, we always include the highest specifications in our developments, so as to maintain high satisfaction rates among our customers”, explained Almudena Guerra, North and Castilla León Regional Director at Vía Célere.

Of these two developments, Célere El Peral, located in the Valladolid Sur area is the most recent one. It is a residential complex made up of 33 multi-family homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, and 8 single-family homes. All of them come with garage and storage space.

This development is characterised by the landscaped areas, as well as by the various spaces especially designed for leisure, such as a children’s play area, bicycle parking area and gym. In addition, owners will be able to enjoy the social-gourmet room, a space especially designed for holding all types of get-togethers with family and friends outside the home.

Meanwhile, Célere Parqueluz II, located in Ciudad Parquesol, is a residential complex made up of a building containing 68 homes with 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms. Most of them have a terrace, storage area and parking space.

This development opts for sport in its common areas, and for this reason it offers a swimming pool for adults and one for children, as well as a bicycle storage room and a gym, not forgetting the social- gourmet room and the study room. For families with children there is a playroom and a children’s play area. To complete the offer, there is the health area, a place that can be used by Vía Célere customers for prevention and healthcare thanks to an external defibrillator and an anti-choking device.

Both developments will come with the Célere Wish functionality, the service developed in collaboration with Amazon Alexa through which residents can use their voice to control elements in their home, such as the lights, and outside it, such as reservation of the common areas. To do this, these homes will have a Smart Home kit, which is made up of Amazon Echo dot speaker, as well as other smart devices such as light bulbs and sockets.

In addition to this feature, both Célere Parqueluz II and Célere El Peral will have energy rating A, the highest one possible, which leads to a substantial reduction in electricity consumption and CO2 emissions, as well as significant savings on electricity bills for residents. In this respect, energy efficiency, as a way of changing cities over to a more ecological and sustainable model, is one of the most important factors for Vía Célere. This objective is precisely reflected in Célere Cities, the company’s plan to foster more modern and ecological cities in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
