Via Célere invests nearly €100 million in new land assets

Vía Célere, promoter specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has invested nearly €100 million in new land assets in Madrid, Catalonia and several Spanish cities. Specifically, it is new land with the possibility to build ​​212,016 m2 and about 1,907 new homes. With this investment Vía Célere reinforces its leading role in Spain in the development of residential projects.

On the one hand, it includes the incorporation of new land in Madrid (in Barajas and Pozuelo de Alarcón) for the development of 828 homes and 89,100 square meters which can be built.

In Catalonia, Vía Célere has reached an agreement for the purchase of new land in Barcelona and Girona and thus be able to carry out the promotion of 242 new homes with a floor area of ​​23,610 square meters.

Finally, the company has also acquired land in cities such as Seville, Malaga, Tenerife, Valencia and La Coruña. As a whole, this land has a buildable area for residential use of 105,741 m2 and some 837 homes.

“With these investments, Vía Célere shows its vocation and strong capacity for growth in the market. We have an innovative business model, which allows us to design and develop projects based on existing demand, and where we incorporate industrialization processes that allow us to shorten the times and deadlines in the construction and delivery of homes as much as possible “, remarked Juan Antonio Gómez Pintado, President of Vía Célere.

“Our intention is to continue identifying new opportunities and expand our portfolio of land and existing projects in the coming months,” he stressed.
