Vía Célere arrives in the Basque Country with its Célere Cruces development

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has arrived in the Basque Country with its Célere Cruces development, located in Barakaldo. This development has become part of the company’s offer after the successful completion of the integration of Aelca’s real estate assets (land and developments).

After the transaction, Via Célere became the largest residential real estate developer in Spain with an asset volume (GAV) of €2,203 million. The company also strengthens the diversification of its asset portfolio, with 38% of its assets in Madrid, 20% in Malaga, 11% in Barcelona, 9% in Seville, 5% in Valencia, and 17% in other provinces in the rest of Spain, as in this case, in Vizcaya. In total, Vía Célere increases the number of Autonomous Communities in which it is present with developments for sale to eight.

In this sense, Vía Célere is firmly committed to the north of Spain, with more than 400 homes for sale and a potential to build an additional 2,000, between the Basque Country, Galicia, Castilla y León, Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra and La Rioja.

As regards the development, despite the change of ownership, the Célere Cruces residential complex will maintain the same characteristics that were initially projected by Aelca, that is, 90 multi-family homes and 22 single-family houses.

Celere Cruces Single-family homes, is composed of 22 single-family three and four-bedroom houses and offers the possibility of customizing the finishes to suit each customer. Célere Cruces Flats is composed of 90 two and three-bedroom homes, distributed over 5 buildings, with garage parking space and storage room included in the price. Each home has been designed in detail with the sole objective of achieving open, functional and light spaces. It also offers customers the possibility of customizing their home with different finishes in tiling and flooring, they also have fully fitted kitchen and underfloor heating via aerothermal system.

Célere Cruces will also have large innovative common areas such as a children’s playground, swimming pool, sports court or Via Célere’s renowned gourmet social room, where residents can hold large gatherings with family or friends. In addition, as usual in Vía Célere developments, the homes will have an A energy rating and underfloor heating.

In addition, Célere Cruces is located in the district of Cruces in Barakaldo and has a unique natural environment and exceptional views, as well as a wide variety of commercial, educational and health services in the city centre.
