Vía Célere continues with its commitment to developments in Valladolid, with 35 new homes

Vía Célere, the firm specialising in real estate development, investment and management, has begun commercialising its new development Célere Arco. The new development comprises 35 homes with 3 and 4 bedrooms, with built-up areas of up to 124 m², with large terraces on the attic floors, with up to 106 usable m², and with nice views. The development consists of a building divided into 6 storeys, located on C/ Lille, in Ciudad de las Comunicaciones, near the train station of Valladolid and the Arco del Ladrillo monument, from where the development gets its name.

Célere Arco is the company’s new development with which it is reinforcing its presence in the city of Valladolid where it already has several projects. In this case, handover is programmed for the first quarter of 2020.

The building is in a gated complex with extensive communal areas designed to ensure the comfort and well being of the future owners, who will be able to enjoy their free time with their families and friends without leaving the complex. This represents a financial saving equivalent to € 1,324 per year, as compared to an F energy rated home. On another note, the development has an aerothermal system, a technology that uses renewable energy for cooling and heating, as well as the domestic water in the air conditioning system. Furthermore, each home has high quality finishes, a heating system with radiant flooring and fully fitted kitchens.
