Vía Célere delivers 2.104 new homes in the last twelve months
- Vía Célere delivers 493 properties in the first quarter of 2021, an increase of 54%.
- The developer has handed over 2104 new homes in the last 12 months, from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, the highest annual figure for a developer in the last twelve years.
- Madrid led the way with 218 new homes registered, followed by the cities of Bilbao with 73, Málaga with 53, Seville with 40, Girona with 37, A Coruña with 25, Valencia and Barcelona, each with 22 new homes, and Valladolid with 3.
Madrid, 12th April 2021.- Vía Célere, a firm specialising in real estate development, investment and management, has delivered 493 properties in the first quarter of this year. This represents a 54% increase in the number of new registrations compared to the same period last year.
Vía Célere has handed over 2104 new homes in the twelve months from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, the highest figure achieved by a property developer in Spain in the last twelve years, consolidating its position as the nationwide leader in this sector.
The company has also maintained its high level of diversification in terms of the location of its new homes, which were distributed throughout nine different provinces. Madrid was the region with the highest concentration of new homes registered, with 218. Vía Célere’s second largest focus of activity was the city of Bilbao, with 73 new homes, followed by Málaga with 53, Seville with 40, Girona with 37, A Coruña with 25, Valencia and Barcelona, each with 22 new homes, and Valladolid with 3.
