Vía Célere hands over its new Célere Rivas Residential Development
Vía Célere, which specialises in real estate development, investment and management, has handed over its new development “Residencial Célere Rivas”, situated at c/Victoria Kent 2, in Sector de la Fortuna to the new owners. Construction began in June 2016 and the development contains 22 apartments in a five-storey building, plus the ground floor, all with 3 bedrooms and large terraces, of up to 65 m².
The average buyer is between 35 and 45 years old, most with partners and one or more children. Of these buyers, 50% are first-time buyers with their purchase on the Célere Rivas Residential Development, while the remaining 50% are clients who have sold their main homes and bought these homes to upgrade the quality, size and location.
The balconies on the Célere Rivas Development are one of the defining features, as the homes of 121 m² have balconies with up to 65 m². Another feature is that all the homes on Residencial Célere Rivas are rated A for energy efficiency, which is proof of Vía Célere’s commitment to building homes that, apart from fulfilling all the needs of the owners, will have a positive environmental effect. This rating represents energy savings estimated at 89%, thus decreasing CO2 emissions and significantly reducing the energy consumed in the building’s heating, air-conditioning and domestic hot water. This represents a financial saving equivalent to € 800 per year, as compared to a home rated F for energy efficiency.
