Vía Célere hands over one of its most ambitious projects in Barcelona: Célere Diagonal Port

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has begun the handover of the homes of one of its most ambitious projects in Barcelona, the  Célere Diagonal Port residential complex. It is a new development located on Diagonal Mar, a few metres from the coast, overlooking the Mediterranean, and very close to hotels, shopping centres and corporate offices of large multinational companies.

Célere Diagonal Port, the third development that Vía Célere has handed over in Barcelona, has been very well received in the area. In this sense, Via Célere is making a firm commitment in the Catalan capital where, in addition, it is marketing a further seven developments: Célere Moixeró, Célere Alocs, Célere Terram, Célere Arts, Célere Els Ametllers, Célere Sant Feliu, Célere Eolo and Célere Aviació.

Célere Diagonal Port has owners with a predominantly foreign profile (63%), highlighting those from Egypt (19% of the total) and Russia (17% of the total). We can also highlight the presence of citizens from the United Kingdom (4%), France (4%), Turkey (4%) and Sweden (3%), among other nationalities.

The residential complex consists of two towers containing 16 floors, totalling 143 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, with private attics and terraces, with surface areas ranging from 49 to 201 built square metres.

Célere Diagonal Port has a social-gourmet room designed for well-being and comfort. In this room the owners can find a fully equipped cooking area and another to enjoy the company of their guests. Residents can also enjoy other Vía Célere disruptive common areas, such as a beauty salon, children’s playground, study room, children’s playroom and gym.

In addition, its residents, who can now start living in their homes, can relax in a chill-out area with infinity pool while enjoying the views of the Mediterranean that the building offers.

Quality, style, comfort and sustainability are fundamental aspects of this development. For this reason, the Célere Diagonal Port residential complex has an A energy rating. This rating represents an estimated energy saving of 89%, reducing CO2 emissions by almost 90%. In addition, it represents an annual economic saving equivalent to €900, taking an F energy rating home as a reference.
