Vía Célere selling 261 new homes in Malaga capital

• The Célere Vega II developments at Hacienda Cabello and Célere Velázquez 56, in the Cádiz highway district are the latest developments unveiled by Vía Célere in the province.
• Both developments have some of the ground-breaking common areas by Vía Célere, such as a social-gourmet room or a health area, in addition to the Célere Wish functionality, in the case of Célere Vega II or a swimming pool, children’s playroom, outdoor gym and a chill out areas at Célere Velázquez 56.

Vía Célere, specialized in the development, investment and management of residential assets, has announced that they have just brought 261 new homes onto the market in Malaga, through two new developments, continuing it  its commitment to the province of Andalusia, reaching the figure of 1000 homes for sale in the region in 12 developments.

The first new Vía Célere developments is Célere Vega II located in Hacienda Cabello, opposite Teatinos and nestled among neighbourhoods as consolidated as Atabal and La Colina de Santa Inés. In an area in constant expansion, it already has a large number of services and leisure opportunities, as well as green areas and large avenues. In addition, the areas around the developments are also home to health centres such as the Regional Hospital of Malaga and numerous public and private schools, such as Luis Buñuel or Los Olivos.

The development consists of 131 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes divided into two blocks, distributed over a ground floor with a garden, three upper floors and attics with spacious terraces. The second new development by Vía Célere is Célere Velazquez 56, located in the Carretera de Cádiz district, in a consolidated area that also has a complete service and leisure offer necessary for future inhabitants, in addition to excellent communications with the city centre and the highway.

Célere Velázquez 56 is a residential complex made up of 130 two, three and four-bedroom homes, distributed in two blocks of eleven floors, also including parking spaces and storage rooms.
