Vía Célere arrives in Portugal with the Célere Miraflores development

  • The building has an A energy rating, leading to a reduction in CO2 emissions and a significant reduction in the building’s energy demand.
  • The residents of the 100 homes will enjoy different common areas, such as the social-gourmet room, the gym or the children’s room.

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, launches its first development in Portugal. Célere Miraflores, located in the town of Oeiras, is a residential complex consisting of 100 homes, distributed across four 9-storey buildings.

Located next to Santo Antonio Park, in an area with schools and green areas, the development has 1 to 4-bedroom homes, and 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses with modern design finishes, large windows and balconies. In addition, most of them have spectacular views of the Tagus River or the city of Lisbon.

With this first development, Vía Célere enters the Portuguese market and highlights its capacity for growth. In the words of Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado, president of the company, “the Portuguese market represents a great opportunity for the real estate sector, given its sustained economic growth and increased consumer confidence“.

In our first development in Portugal we wanted to apply the innovation and technology that we have developed in our more than ten years of experience, to create homes that adapt to our customers‘ needs”, added Gómez-Pintado.

For this, Célere Miraflores has everything its residents need to enjoy all the comforts of the city without having to leave home. They can train in the gym or have fun in the common areas, such as the social-gourmet room, which provides a meeting point for family or friends. In addition, the little ones can play in a space-themed room, designed and prepared especially for them. All this, with the comfort and security of being in a closed development.

Likewise, the homes have an A energy rating, representing a reduction in CO2 emissions and a significant reduction in the building’s energy consumption in air conditioning (hot and cold) and domestic hot water. In order to obtain this high rating, Célere Miraflores has applied different measures, such as the hydroregulated ventilation system that improves acoustic insulation and prevents the accumulation of odours and gases.
