Vía Célere arrives in Portugal with the Célere Miraflores development

Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, launches its first development in Portugal. Célere Miraflores, located in the town of Oeiras, is a residential complex consisting of 100 homes, distributed across four 9-storey buildings.

In order to obtain this high rating, Célere Miraflores has applied different measures, such as the hydroregulated ventilation system that improves acoustic insulation and prevents the accumulation of odours and gases.
