Vía Célere begins work on its development in Girona, Célere Domeny
- This development is a sample of the revolution in communal areas carried out by Vía Célere as it has a swimming pool, paddle tennis court, gym, outdoor play area, social-gourmet room, children’s playroom and study room.
- In this promotion Via Célere offers its customers an experiential office, where future owners can see and feel what their home will be like.
Vía Célere, specializing in the development, investment and management of real estate assets, has begun construction on Célere Domeny, its first development in Girona. The residential complex will have one hundred and thirty-nine 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes with garage parking space and storage rooms.
As is usual for Vía Célere constructions, the development stands out for its spacious communal areas that include all the necessary services for its owners, such as a swimming pool for adults, gym, a paddle tennis court, social-gourmet room, children’s games room, outdoor games area and study room.
The residential complex is located north west of the city of Girona, in Pla Baix de Domeny, between the Roberto Bolaño Avalos, Damià Escuder i Lladó i Carrer Font de la Teula streets.
Célere Domeny also has an A energy rating, which means a reduction in CO2 emissions and a saving of € 900 on the annual bill for each owner compared to a home with an F energy rating.
In this promotion Via Célere offers its customers an experiential office, where future owners can see and feel everything that needs to be taken into consideration when buying a home. To do this, they can take a virtual tour to see the exterior in 3D, have a 360º view of the building and visit the interior of a house interactively, or even take a walk through the common exterior and interior areas.
According to Roberto Blanco, Territorial Director of Catalonia, Levante and the Balearic Islands, “We are pleased to have begun working at Célere Domeny. This means that we are getting closer to being able to deliver the keys to our customers and that they can enjoy both their homes and the spectacular communal areas that we have included in this development”.
